To further ensure your peace of mind, every MEMI jewellery piece is backed by our 1-Year Warranty. This warranty is our promise to you – a commitment that we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and will address any manufacturing defects that may occur.

1. Our Warranty Coverage

We guarantee our jewellery to be free of manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you discover a manufacturing defect, notify us immediately, and we will either repair or replace the item free of charge. 

If your item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, you may request memi to send a courier to collect the item from you.

  • Tarnishing of jewellery, which is a natural process and not a defect. However, we do offer a FREE tarnish removal service should you require it, please note delivery costs from and to you are for your account. 

2. What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.
  • Items that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than MEMI Jewellery.
  • Spelling mistakes, engraving errors, or design choices provided by the customer during order placement.
  • Customer expectations that differ from our standard product specifications (e.g., thickness, length, font, size).

3. How to Request Warranty Support

  • Contact our customer care team [email protected] with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • Attach photos showing the defect for faster assistance.
  • Our team will assess the situation and guide you on the next steps.

4. Our Right to Final Decision

MEMI Jewellery reserves the right to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect and the appropriate remedy.

5. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your MEMI jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer care team with details of the issue, including photos of the item.

  2. Evaluation: We will assess the issue to determine if it is likely a manufacturing defect.

  3. Courier Collection:

    • If we determine it is likely a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a courier collection at our cost for further evaluation. Alternatively, you will be required to return the item to us at your expense.

    • If the item is determined to have a manufacturing defect upon inspection, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to you, and we will refund your courier costs if you returned the item to us by courier at your expense. (up to a maximum of R100.00 based on our standard courier rate).

    • If the item is not covered under our warranty, and repair work is required, we will provide you with a quotation that includes the cost of returning the item to you.
