Orders must be paid for via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or through our secure online credit card options (MasterCard, VISA, Mobicred). Payments are guaranteed to be secure through this website.
Disclaimer of liability:
In the event damages are made to the customers product after delivery of product, me•mi will not be held liable for the negligence or improper use of items. All me•mi products are subject to the return terms and if damages occur outside the 30 day return window, me•mi will not be obligated to offer refunds or returns for those items. We assure quality in all our products sold in store and online, however if a situation arises where a me•mi item is seen to be faulty or manufactured incorrectly, the customer wishing to return or refund their item should contact us with a detailed description of what faults are present. Once we obtain the item and test to ensure that the fault was indeed caused during manufacture then the company shall proceed with requests to return or refund the item. IP & Trademark terms:
The me•mi site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by me•mi Jewellery and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. All me•mi designs are subject to trademark protection laws that prohibit the replication and theft of intellectual property belonging to the company. Customers are also prohibited from the resale of all me•mi items without express permission, these offences are punishable by the court of law.
A customer’s personal information that is entrusted to the company is guaranteed to be protected by me•mi and all associates. This information includes online payments, delivery information, addresses, names, purchase details and any other data pertaining to the customers personal life.
All deliveries are FREE anywhere in the world, unless you opt in for express shipping (express shipping cuts delivery time down by 3 – 5 days) or live in a remote area that requires special attention in which case, we charge a fee.
We deliver to all major cities throughout the world and make use of third part courier companies that get the delivery done for us, if one of our regular couriers does not ship to your location then we will find one that does. All international orders are prioritised and are dispatched within 2 days of the order, all for FREE.
All our jewellery is custom made for you and this generally takes 4 days after your order to complete. We do not operate outside of business hours, we only deliver Mondays to Fridays between 08h00 – 17h00.

Product info & warranties:
All me•mi accessories are produced in South Africa and shipped worldwide. If any me•mi item you receive is faulty, please let us know immediately and we will take the returned item back within the 30-day return window and refund you within 14 days subject to the below return terms.
All me•mi items are able to be returned by the customer if satisfaction was not achieved, returns are only permitted within a 30-day window after the items purchase. The customer must present proof of payment upon request to return the item. Please contact a me•mi representative to organise the return of an item.
Cancellations on orders should be made as soon as possible, as orders are processed immediately and manufacturing commences. If you would like to cancel your item, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged at our discretion, and refunds will take place during the 14-day return window less the cancellation fee.
Customers or website visitors are able to create an account and begin shopping on the me•mi store at their leisure. The details needed to create an account are full name, email address and password. You are solely responsible for protecting your own account password and other account information.
