Guarantee

We guarantee our jewellery to be free of manufacturing defects. Should you become aware of a manufacturing defect within the 12 months of purchase, please notify us and we will rectify the situation by either repairing your item or replacing it free of charge.

Items that have been abused in any way or repair has been attempted or performed by a third party, will not be covered by this warranty.

We reserve the right to decide at our sole discretion what constitutes a manufacturing defect, and the remedy required

I received it damaged or faulty

Every piece of memi Jewellery is custom made. We therefore pay particular attention to quality. If your jewellery has arrived faulty, please let us know immediately. We will do everything possible to rectify this for you as quickly as possible.

Our warranty will no longer apply should a third party have worked on the item, even if done so in good faith to repair it. Since each item is custom-made, according to your instructions, we cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes and other errors made by yourself when placing your order.

We are not responsible for customers expectations that are different from our standard products, about thickness, length, font, size or any other element.

Cancelling my order

Once an order has been placed into production, it may not be cancelled. If we have not processed the order, we will cancel the order as requested, however, due to our desire to deliver extremely quickly, all orders are processed almost immediately on receipt of payment.

Returns

memi Jewellery has a no-return policy on jewellery items that are not defective or broken. As each piece is meticulously made and inspected for quality, we strive to deliver products that meet our high standard of excellence. Due to hygienic purposes, jewellery items cannot be returned once purchased. It is essential to carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction. We understand that purchasing jewellery is a significant investment, and our goal is to provide you with the highest quality pieces that you will cherish for a lifetime.
