Personalised Jewellery made in South Africa

I wanted to share the story behind why I chose these two beautiful charms, because they carry so much more meaning for me than just being beautiful pieces of jewellery.

The red crystal pendant has three very special meanings in my heart.

Firstly, red is my partner’s birthstone colour for January, so it represents the love and journey we have shared together.

Secondly, red was my mother's favourite colour. Seeing that beautiful red crystal immediately made me think of her, and having it close to me feels like carrying a little piece of her with me wherever I go.

But most importantly, the red crystal reminds me of the blood of Christ that was shed for my sins. My faith is a very important part of who I am, and that meaning makes the charm even more special to me. It reminds me of Christ's love, sacrifice, forgiveness, and the hope I have through Him.

The blue crystal carries an equally deep meaning.

Blue is my mother's birthstone colour for September, so it is another beautiful connection to her. She was born in September, and choosing her birthstone makes me feel as though I am carrying something that represents her with me.

To me, the blue crystal also represents peace, faith, and hope. After losing my mother, there are days when the pain of missing her is overwhelming. This little charm reminds me to have faith, to find peace in God, and to hold onto the hope that one day, through God's grace, I will see my mother again in Heaven.

So, although they are simply two beautiful charms to someone else, to me they represent love, my mother, my partner, my faith, and the hope of being reunited with my mother one day.

I think that is what makes them so incredibly special. Every time I look at them, I will be reminded of the people and the faith that mean the most to me.

Thank you for creating something that has become so much more meaningful to me than I could have imagined. ❤️

With heartfelt thanks,
Patrick
